Youtube video about a restaurant in Kerala that makes authentic
Biriyani.
We did not follow the dum procedure, but used the baking oven instead. Here are some pictures.
It turned out pretty good and we ate well!

1. Prepare the rice with seasonings and cook upto 80%.

2. Prepare chicken, we used a packaged Biriyani masala

3. Place cooked chicken at the bottom
4. Place rice on top of chicken layer

5. Garnish and add another layer of rice

6. Seal the vessel and set the oven to Broil at 300F.

7. Voila!
